Our frizzles are all kinds of crazy. They are a large bantam or small standard size. They come in every colour imaginable, and I cannot predict what they will look like as day old chicks.
They lay brown, white, green and blue eggs.
Most have feathered legs, but some do not. Honestly, these are just for fun - and I really enjoy their quirky personalities.
They have Polish, Ameraucana, and Silkie in their blood.
Only 50% of chicks hatched will have the curl to the feathers. 50% will be smooth. You should breed frizzled to smooth and never frizzled to frizzled. You can end up with a bird with brittle feathers that way.
